1. About Lago Luxury Experiences
Lago Luxury Experiences (“LAGO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a luxury vacation rental brand offering curated short-term rental properties in California. Our properties are listed and booked through third-party platforms including Airbnb and VRBO. This website (the “Site”) is operated by JMK Assets and is intended to provide information about our properties and brand.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
3. Bookings & Reservations
All reservations for LAGO properties are processed exclusively through Airbnb and VRBO. Lago does not accept direct bookings through this website. By completing a reservation through these platforms, you agree to their respective Terms of Service and Cancellation Policies, which govern your stay.

4. Property Use
By booking a Lago property, guests agree to the following:
Occupancy. Maximum occupancy limits apply to each property and are listed in the corresponding Airbnb or VRBO listing. Exceeding the stated occupancy limit is grounds for immediate termination of the stay without refund.
No smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Lago properties. Evidence of smoking inside a property may result in additional cleaning fees.
No parties or events. Lago properties are intended for private residential use only. Commercial events, parties, or gatherings exceeding the stated occupancy limit are not permitted.
Pets. Pets are permitted only if explicitly stated in the property listing. Undisclosed pets may result in additional fees.
Noise & neighbors. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighboring properties and local noise ordinances. Quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Property care. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition it was found. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be reported and claimed through the applicable platform’s resolution process.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are set at the property level and displayed at the time of booking on Airbnb or VRBO. Lago does not override or modify the cancellation policy established on each platform. No refunds will be issued directly by Lago.
6. Liability Limitations
Lago Luxury Experiences and JMK Assets are not liable for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during a stay
- Acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, flooding, earthquake, or severe weather
- Interruption of utilities or services beyond our control
- Inaccuracies in third-party platform listings
Guests assume all risk associated with the use of property amenities including but not limited to hot tubs, saunas, kayaks, boats, piers, and outdoor equipment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and brand elements — is the property of Lago Luxury Experiences / JMK Assets and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this Site is prohibited.
8. Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites including Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms. Lago is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
9. Changes to These Terms
Lago reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
